Our refund policy extends for 14 days (excluding Ebooks) from the time you receive your item. This grants you a 14-day window to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must maintain the condition it was in upon receipt — unused or unworn, complete with tags, and packaged in its original box. Additionally, you should possess the receipt or other evidence of purchase.

Damages and Concerns

Upon taking delivery of your order, we encourage you to promptly inspect it. Should the item be flawed, damaged, or not as ordered, kindly notify us immediately. This enables us to assess the situation and rectify any discrepancies.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items are exempt from our return policy. Ebooks, once downloaded, are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances. Customized products (including special orders and personalized items) also fall under this category. Additionally, we are unable to process returns for materials that are hazardous, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to reach out if you have inquiries or concerns regarding specific items.

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accommodated for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient approach to securing your desired item is to return the existing one. After the return is authorized, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Upon receipt and assessment of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Once approved, your original payment method will be credited automatically. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may necessitate some time.
